At KIAN STUDIO, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14 Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@kian.studio within 14 days of delivery.

You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

Return Conditions

For voluntary returns, we ask that items are:

Unworn and unused, except for trying them on
In their original condition
Returned with any original tags and packaging, where reasonably possible

Trying on an item to check its fit does not automatically make it ineligible for return. Any reduction in refund value for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email contact@kian.studio with your order number.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so that we can help ensure your return is processed correctly. This does not restrict your statutory right to withdraw from an order.

Items should be sent back within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For returns under the right of withdrawal, we will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable where permitted by law.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us at contact@kian.studio, preferably with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review your request and offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
